After Your Tour: Take the Next Step

After your tour, if you feel Trinity is the right fit for your child, we’re excited to help you take the next step forward.

1️⃣ Submit Your Application

Complete the Trinity Lutheran School Application online via the link we send to you.

• For students entering grades 1–8, you will be asked to upload a recent report card and standardized test scores.

• If you are applying for or currently participating in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program, please contact us at 262-547-8020 or tls@trinitywels.com before submitting your application.

After submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming that it has been successfully received.

2️⃣ Complete Enrollment

Once your application is approved, you will receive a link to finalize your enrollment.

At that time, you will upload:

• Immunization records

• Athletic Concussion Agreement

• Disbursement of Medicine Form

📌 Families applying through the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program should email the office before submitting the enrollment packet.

You will receive confirmation once your enrollment is complete.

Tuition Assistance & Christian Education Accessibility

At Trinity, we believe a Christ-centered education should be accessible to families who desire it. We never want finances to be the sole reason a child cannot receive a Christian education. Our goal is to partner with families and prayerfully explore options that make enrollment possible.

Tuition assistance may be available through the following:

Need-based tuition assistance may be available through The Chippy Fund. The Chippy Fund is supported by generous members of our Trinity family who are passionate about helping children receive a Christian education. State-funded tuition assistance may be available through the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program for qualifying students. Please contact the school office (262) 547-8020 for guidance through the process.
